New York, New York!
Argh, I just wrote a huge post on my iPhone and the WordPress app crashed and I lost everything! It’s 2:30am and I’m crazy tired but I wanted to say HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!
We just got home from watching the ball drop in Times Square! That’s right… we’re in New York!
We were due to leave Vancouver on Wednesday night, but we were delayed by 6 hours, so we ended up leaving at 4am Thursday morning, with six other Aussie friends. By the time we arrived in New York it was midday and we were exhausted, but still managed some sight-seeing after checking into the hostel and eating a hearty lunch.
There are more stories to tell and photos to share but I am too tired right now, plus there’s no Internet in our room (so I’ll be hitting “publish” tomorrow morning as I pass through the Lobby on the way out to see more of New York)… Goodnight all, and HAPPY 2011!

Oh that SUCKS when you lose everything like that!! Last night I was going through my phone and accidentally hit “erase all” instead of “erase message” and lost ALL my messages from the last two weeks… which was all full of love because my best friends were in town for the holidays!
Anyway, NY NYE? Amazing!! A friend of mine booked a last minute flight on the 31st to NYC and I was so jealous!!
