My neighbours are exactly the same - their (broken) bin is overflowing two days after it's empty. About a month ago, when the bins were on the kerb, we found one of THEIR bags in OUR bin - they'd helped themselves! We weren't impressed, we've now found a new spot for a bin on collection day, in front of the other gate. I don't think we normally would have bothered, but considering they egg our cars, house, and throw rubbish over the fence anyway, they can deal with their own filth. I hate crows.
